Background
Born January 25, 1956, in Cebu, Dr. Vicki Belo founded the Belo Medical Group in 1990 as a 44-square-meter clinic in Makati's Medical Towers. Over three decades, she built it into the Philippines' most recognized aesthetic medicine brand — 14 internationally accredited clinics, roughly 60 doctors, and a workforce of about 700. She introduced numerous technologies to the Philippines for the first time, including dermatologic CO2 laser, neuromodulators (Botox), dermal fillers, fractional resurfacing laser, and RF-assisted facial liposuction.
